Google has changed the previous announced plan to terminate its URL shortening service.Some URL will continue to operate.
Google has announced that they will continue to support some of the links created by the Goo.GL -url -Reduction service, which states that 99% of the reduced URLs have not received traffic.

Google's announcement explained:
"While we previously announced the disruption of support for all GOO URL.GL after August 25, 2025, we adapted our approach to maintain the connections that are actively used.

... If you get a message: "This link will no longer work in the near future", the link will not work after August 25th and if you have already recommended you.

If you have a redirected Goog.GL link, Google recommends visiting the link to check if you display a warning message.If it moves the connection to another URL cut.If you do not show the warning, then the connection will continue to work.
