One of the actors is John McLaren, as we can see in his biography, who played Star-Lord in the game adaptation of Guardians of the Galaxy and played several roles in Far Cry 5.His page says he has a major role in Project Chamber, so we'll probably see him as Billy Coon.
Overseen is a production of Motion Parture's holding company in addition to Capture Studios, which has previously worked with Capcom.
MP1st also said that the balance will be expanded based on resources throughout, although the original plan will remain.
